My girls described it as fast food in a fancier setting. Manager had allowed waitress to have tables scattered throughout multi room, huge dining area, so she was not visible to us. We waited to order and then bam, soups and salad were served, then entrees were delivered 30 seconds later. Salad was delivered with the cores from 3 heads of lettuce. Had to wait 20 minutes for waitress to return to have it replaced. By that time, entrees were cold. Saving grace tonight were the breadsticks.

It's sad to see what happens to this place. There used to be a wait out the door on a Friday night. We walked into a no wait which was situation. And now I see why the food is just below par. Salad tasted like dirt and food was flavorless. This was first time back in years since my last terrible meal there. We had a gift card so we decided to give it a go again ..... Very disappointed

Worst ever, online order around 4pm, went through whole menu and order process went to pay kept getting load screen. Tried calling, guess they have the phone off the hook as it was busy consistently from 4 to 7pm. Then the online emptied my basket and when I tried to order I got a we are not taking the orders. When I was in line for over an hour waiting eventually a nice waitress had come out and we explained our situation she did talk to the manager who blew us off saying no new orders. This was not a new order, just cause your website has issues dont go screwing over your customers.
